We were wanting to both buy a home and sell our condominium in Shadow Wood. Teresa Rucker acted as both our buyer's and seller's agent for both transactions and did an excellent job. She identified the perfect home for us and helped us be successful in acquiring it. Then she helped us determine the optimal price for our condo, which sold while others in the neighborhood are still on the market. She coordinated well with the other real estate and closing agents and to achieve simultaneous closings of both transactions on the same day.
